The Challenge
The trucking company was losing customers due to their phone-based booking system. Double-bookings were common, customers had no visibility into shipment status, and dispatchers were spending hours manually coordinating schedules.
Our Solution
We're developing an end-to-end logistics platform. The booking system is live, allowing customers to see real-time truck availability and make instant reservations. We're now building out the GPS tracking integration and advanced dispatch management features.
