The Challenge
Lokal Artisan Coffee was struggling with their manual ordering system during peak hours. They had no way to build customer loyalty or track repeat customers, and staff were overwhelmed with managing orders during rush times.
Our Solution
We're building a comprehensive ordering platform with an integrated rewards system. The first iteration focuses on mobile ordering and a points-based loyalty program. The admin dashboard is being developed to give staff real-time order visibility and customer insights.
